This class gives attendees an introduction to the E-Business Suite of Applications (Release 11i and Release 12, based on the audience) and how to use Oracle's Appliation Implementation Methodology (AIM) to manage a project.
The target audience is first time Oracle project managers and and business owners and senior level management.
The focus of the class will be 50% functional topics, 40% Project Management topics, and 10% technical.
